Herald Motorcycle Classic & Cafe in the Philippines

The Herald Classic
Nothing official yet but two Herald motorcycles are spotted in Ropali Classics.   Upon quick check on the net, their the Classic and Cafe.  Both are actually based on the same platform, same engine.   The engine is a single cylinder 4-stroke engine.  The fuel system is carbureted.

They're basically the same bike, Classic and Cafe.  They just differ in their intended use.  The Classic is more like for those who wants comfortable riding while the Cafe is a cafe racer inspired design including the "aerodynamic" tail, flattened seat and aggressive riding position due the the clip on handlebar.  The exhaust pipes differ too.

It's not hard to fall in love with these two bikes.  They would be a good starter bike who wants to get an ok enough power, or an upgrade bike for those who wants to graduate from the underbones and scooters.

The Herald Classic is sexy!
So, the Heralds will be distributed by the same guys who gave us the CPI Motard and Motard GRX.  Superb!
Minimalist instrumentaion panel.

As I said, nothing official but I heard they'll be selling for around P100,000 to P120,000.  At this price range for a 250cc vintage-style motorcycles, definitely it's not a bad deal.  Already some of my friends expressed interest in getting themselves a Herald.

Looking forward to getting my hands on the two ala-vintage bikes.

Hoping to get my hands on one of these beauties.
