Ah the Quirino Province. Those adventurous roads we roll to whenever we trek the Nagbukel and Aglipay Caves, go kayaking in the Governor Rapids, or retreat and take a bath in the Bisanggal falls. But wait a minute, where exactly is the Quirino Province? I bet your a$$ you can't even mentally point it in the map? Let alone, stepped on it!
The Quirino Province is located on the eastern part of Luzon. It is landlocked, meaning it doesn't have any picturesque coastline to boast. But what it lacks in beaches, makes up for its caves and other attractions. We barely miss it whenever we go to Cagayan and Ilocos.
Touratech is at it again and is inviting the riders to again experience what the Quirino Province is all about.
